Role & Responsibility
- Development of R&D process of Extraction & Purification of bioactive Phytochemicals, herbal ingredients – scaling at lab and at commercial.
- Developing cost effective process of Extraction of Herbs.
- Formulation Development of all Herbal Extracts and Phytochemicals & proper documentation
- Industrial experience in Quality control of herbal extract as well as Research and Development
- Proficient knowledge of formulation and Development and Commercialization of Neutraceutical/Traditional Herbal products – from lab to pilot plant
- Analytical Development: - Development, Standardization and Validation of analytical methods like HPLC, HPTLC, LC-MS, GC etc.
- Chemical analysis & documentation of active compounds of herbal extracts & chemical compounds
- Day-to-day management of the research laboratory, performing experiments, training and supervising staff/interns/trainees (if required)
- Analyse data, interpret results, and communicate research outcomes through technical reports and/or presentations; contribute actively in team meetings.
