Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of products, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory. This role requires excellent communication skills, market awareness, and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities within the assigned market.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Understand client needs and present suitable product solutions.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the management.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential customers.

Prepare and deliver sales reports and updates to the management team.

Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events as required.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in sales, preferably in chemicals/dyes or related industries.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Strong problem-solving and client service orientation.

Must possess a personal vehicle for client visits.
